Fighting food insecurity from the ground up

For over thirteen years, our community has come together to champion a vision of a food secure future. By participating in our signature fall fundraiser, Harvest Against Hunger, you can help ensure that more families in Chicago’s western suburbs have access to fresh, nutritious food. This event supports The GardenWorks Project in providing opportunities for individuals, families, and communities to grow their own food, which improves food security and increases access to fresh produce in our region.

Date: Saturday, October 19
Time: 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Location: DuPage County Historical Museum, Wheaton
102 E. Wesley St, Wheaton, IL 60187
Tickets: $100 per person
Sponsorship: Sponsorship packages begin at $500; some include event tickets
This event is for ages 21+

Your ticket for the evening includes a variety of appetizers from Belgio’s Catering in Naperville and one complimentary drink ticket for an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage. A cash bar will be available. Enjoy exploring the exhibits of the DuPage County Historical Museum at your leisure while savoring a memorable evening of live music, camaraderie, and connection. All proceeds benefit The GardenWorks Project’s 2025 gardeners and programs promoting food security.
